Villa Tranquila is a 2789 sq ft Premium Two Bedroom, Two Bath unit located on the grounds of Villa Amor, nestled into the side of a jungle covered hill at the southern end of Sayulita's picturesque bay. The villa is accessed by a cobblestone drive passing by the Villa Amor fountain on the left-hand side. This villa is located on the second floor of the newer building.

The entrance to Villa Tranquila is through a gated and private entrance which welcomes you to the beauty and serenity that the name implies.

As you enter the villa proper, the expansive Pacific Ocean will take your breath away. Underneath the wide ceilings and beautiful antique lamps, the villa is tastefully furnished with everything you will need for the perfect vacation.

Bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the villa, each with their own private bath.

Perhaps the most enjoyed feature in this villa is the large terrace with lounge chairs and a private sitting Jacuzzi tub. This is the perfect place to be morning, noon, or evening.

GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION

Minimum stay requested is 3 nights
Less than a 3 Night Stay - Regular High Season Rates Prevail
All reservations require a 50% deposit in order to hold the reservation.
Balance of the rental charge is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
Prices are subject to 3% Local Tax Plus 16% IVA

We only accept payment by Credit Card:
VISA, MASTER CARD AND DISCOVER (Sorry, we DO NOT accept American Express or Debit Cards)

Check in: The check in time is after 3:00pm. Please notify us if you need assistance in arranging transportation to Sayulita. Keys to the villa you will be staying in will be given to you upon arrival by our property managers - Sayulita At Your Service, as they check you into your villa. No other property manager has keys to our villas.

Check out: The check out time is 11:00am.

Damages:

The villa you will be staying in is our vacation home. Any damage done to personal property during your stay will be automatically charged to your credit card on file for the replacement cost of the items broken. Please be respectful of our furnishings as many of our decorator items are one of a kind and cannot be replaced.

Refund Policy/Cancellation:

If reservations are canceled prior to 60 days of your stay, there is no cancellation fee, however, there will be a 3% credit card transaction fee charged. If reservations are cancelled less than 60 days of your stay, there is a cancellation fee of one night lodging per villa booked and the remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded. If reservations are canceled less than 45 days of your stay, there is a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total amount of your stay, and the remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded. If reservations are cancelled less than 30 days of your stay for any reason, there is a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total amount of your stay. Credits for a future stay during the same year would be considered depending on the sutuation. If there is any balance to be reimbursed, there will be a 3% credit card transaction fee charged.
